This ½ day seminar is designed to provide a broad overview of Sage MAS 90 & MAS 200 ERP software and its features, functionality and technology. We will also discuss software selections in general, and introduce attendees to Blum Shapiro. Fee: This seminar is free of charge to all.

Introduction to Crystal Reports®
This ½ day hands-on seminar is designed to provide a general understanding of the basics required to create simple reports and to edit existing forms and/ or reports in Sage MAS 90. Database and reporting concepts will be discussed, as will a basic overview of the Sage MAS 90 data structure. This course is designed to be the starting point for any user who will be using Crystal Reports® on their Sage MAS 90 system in any way.

Sage MAS 90 FRX Desktop
This ½ day hands-on seminar is designed to provide an introduction and basic working knowledge of the key features in Sage MAS 90 Frx Desktop. Attendees will learn how to combine formats with custom reporting trees that match your company's chart of accounts structure to report on specific cost centers. Use the tool known as the "Cleaver." After creating a report, you will export it to an Excel worksheet, drill down to examine the transactions details, or send it via e-mail. You can bring your own company's data and/or reports for you to work in "live".

Custom Office
This ½ day hands-on seminar is designed to provide an introduction and basic working knowledge of the key features in the Sage MAS 90 Custom Office. Attendees will learn how to create document templates and mail merge jobs for use with Microsoft's Office suite of applications. They will also learn how to add fields to the Sage MAS 90 database and add them to selected screens, and how to modify existing elements in any Sage MAS 90 screen.

Period and Year-End Processing
This ½ day seminar is designed to provide an in depth understanding of Sage MAS 90's period and year end procedures and routines in the General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and Payroll modules. Important specific functionality contained in other applications will also be discussed. Re-opening closed periods and modifying existing data will also be discussed, as well as tax compliance issues.

This class will provide you with all of the essential information you need to successfully close your books, both monthly and annually. The class will take you systematic through the closing process, addressing first-hand the tasks necessary to complete these important jobs: Generating essential and time sensitive reports, confirming vendor, client and account balances, processing outstanding invoices and generating W-2's in payroll and 1099's in accounts payable.

This class is designed for you to successfully close your books, both monthly and annually. This class is hands-on and assumes the participant has basic spreadsheet understanding. In this class you will learn how to create and copy GL and NGL functions. Use BSPEC in order to enhance GL and NGL functions. Use the DESC, SDESC, and CODATA functions along with the GLTRAN function to create reports on periods other than fiscal period. Run the Report Wizard to create a wide variety of reports automatically.
