General Experience Highlights
As a director in BlumShapiro’s Litigation Services and Business Valuation Group, Ms. Gregory specializes in forensic accounting, fraud investigations, fraud risk assessment and bankruptcy and insolvency. For over 15 years, she has worked with attorneys, court-appointed examiners and receivers, bankruptcy trustees, creditors’ committees, debtors and liquidating agents across a variety of industries.
In her capacity as a financial advisor, Ms. Gregory has prepared insolvency analyses, promulgated expert reports on a variety of bankruptcy-related topics, developed budgets and projections in Chapter 11 proceedings, investigated fraudulent transfers and participated in complex fraud investigations. She has also coordinated the liquidation of both public and privately held companies, along with their foreign subsidiaries.
Professional Education and Firm History
Ms. Gregory received a Bachelor of Arts from Georgetown University and a Master of Business Administration from the Simmons Graduate School of Management. Ms. Gregory served as the Director of Bankruptcy Services at Verdolino & Lowey, P.C. for 11 years prior to joining BlumShapiro in 2012. She became a Certified Fraud Examiner in 2012.
