Experience Highlights

With an accounting career spanning more than two decades, Chris is a partner in our Advisory Services Group and industry leader of blumshapiro’s transaction services practice. Chris’ client service activities are focused on providing transaction advisory services to private equity and venture capital firms, family offices, small business investment companies (SBICs), independent sponsors, search funds and other investment groups with the nimble ability to navigate the transactions from purchase through sale.

While working closely with both strategic and financial organizations, Chris has successfully advised clients undertaking acquisitions and divestitures with transaction values ranging from less than $10 million to over $500 million. These transactions have covered industry segments such as manufacturing and distribution, business services, consumer products, healthcare, professional services, food and beverage and technology firms.

Chris is active in the firm’s advisory service offering related to the Paycheck Protection Program’s (PPP) loan forgiveness process. This service offering includes working with clients to assist them with navigating through compliance requirements of the loan forgiveness program with the goal of maximizing loan forgiveness.

Chris is also a member of blum’s Board of Directors.
