As Director of Business Development at blum, Clay is responsible for developing, coordinating, and implementing sales and marketing plans to meet the firm’s growth objectives.
Clay has extensive experience with advisory services sales to private equity firms and their portfolio companies in a variety of vertical markets. He works with organizations of all sizes to help them optimize their operations as well as their transactional and accounting processes through enhanced technology and shared service models.
Prior to joining blum in 2019, Clay held various executive sales, business development and marketing positions with manufacturing, software and management consulting companies including EATON, Chateaux Software and RSM.
Clay has also started and operated his own successful consulting businesses, where he served Fortune 1000 clients as well as middle market and emerging businesses both domestically and internationally.
