What is your favorite part about being a blum employee?

The sliced bread and peanut butter in the kitchens…kidding! My favorite part about blum is the people that work here and overall culture of the firm. The kind of work we do, whether it be audit or tax, isn’t hugely different from another public accounting firm. So for me, the biggest differentiator is the people that I’m working closely with on a daily basis. They’re people that share the same values that I do, and it leads to success on our engagement teams and the firm.
- Jason Correia, Audit Director

What (or who) has had the biggest impact on your career at blum?

It would be hard to narrow down who has had the biggest impact on my career at blum but it does come down to the partners I work with. I strive every day to go above and beyond because my success is their success, and vice versa.
– Jennifer Lichtman, Operations and Administration Manager

What keeps you motivated?

Solving our clients problems. Making clients successful and solving even the smallest issues I feel really makes a difference for them.
- Dave Hale – Consulting Manager

What is your favorite part about being a blum employee?

I like the schedule flexibility that blum offers. There is more emphasis placed on the quality of work and meeting client expectations, and I have not felt pressure to simply show up during the typical workday.
- Shawn Voisine, Audit Manager

What do you wish you had known earlier in your career?

How often you have to write as an accountant. I should have paid more attention in my English class!
– Erum Randhawa, Partner
