Fuller joined blumshapiro’s West Hartford office in 2008 as a member of the firm’s tax practice. After spending some time at KPMG and XL Caitlin as the VP of Federal Tax Compliance and Reporting, he rejoined blum in 2016. Fuller has over 10 years of experience providing tax planning, financial reporting and compliance services to his clients with substantial experience in corporate tax. He has expertise in a wide variety of industries, including manufacturing, distribution and retail, professional services and financial services. He received his Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Eastern Connecticut State University and his Master of Science in Taxation from the University of Hartford.
Monaghan joined blumshapiro’s West Hartford office in 2015 and has over 19 years of experience in serving privately held businesses and their owners on tax matters including income tax planning, compliance, specialized transactions and family wealth and tax planning. She serves clients in a wide variety of industries, with a focus on real estate and construction. Monaghan has extensive experience with high net worth individuals, as well as partnerships and S corporation taxation. In addition, Monaghan works closely with large family groups to handle their businesses, trusts, private foundations and individual tax returns. She received her Bachelor of Science in Accounting from the University of Connecticut and her Master of Science in Accounting and Taxation from the University of Hartford.
Wisnicki joined blumshapiro’s West Hartford office in 2009 as a member of the firm’s tax practice. As the leader of blumshapiro’s Tax Advisory Group, she specializes in providing tax planning and tax research services to privately held businesses and their owners. Miryam has substantial experience consulting with partnerships, limited liability companies and corporations and is often called upon to provide tax advice on mergers and acquisitions. She has worked with a wide variety of industries, with a strategic focus on private equity, professional services, distribution, and retail. She received her Bachelor of Arts in Accounting and Information Systems from Queens College.
Zoll has over 25 years of experience auditing municipal and non-profit organizations, and joined blumshapiro’s West Hartford office in 2007 through a merger with Scully & Wolf. She has an in-depth understanding of municipal financial reporting and has been extensively involved in the development of comprehensive financial reports that have qualified for the Government Finance Officers Association Certificate Program. She is also knowledgeable of reporting requirements of both Uniform Guidance and the State Single Audit Act. She received her Bachelor of Arts in Accounting from the University of Connecticut.
