WEST HARTFORD – November 6, 2018 – blumshapiro, the largest and most influential regional business advisory firm based in New England, will partner with Christian Community Action (CCA) for the seventh consecutive year to provide Thanksgiving Day meals to thousands of people in New Haven.
Known as the blumshapiro Thanksgiving Food Basket Campaign for Christian Community Action, the community wide, hands-on effort will bring a full traditional dinner to the Thanksgiving Day tables of more than 1,200 New Haven families and feed more than 3,000 residents on Thanksgiving Day, with enough additional food for another day of nourishment.
“Every year, the extraordinary effort by our employees and the community involved in the blumshapiro Thanksgiving Food Basket Campaign for Christian Community Action is a great example of a community that cares and a program that really makes a difference in the lives of others,” said Thomas A.
